Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and WhaleAlert ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the WhaleAlert mobile application ("App") and related services.
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING WHALEALERT, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
1. Service Description
1.1 What WhaleAlert Provides
WhaleAlert is a Solana blockchain wallet tracking application that enables users to:
- Track and monitor Solana wallet addresses
- Receive real-time push notifications for wallet transactions
- View transaction history, token balances, and trading activity
- Subscribe to premium features through paid tiers
1.2 Read-Only Service
WhaleAlert is a read-only monitoring service. We:
- Access only publicly available blockchain data
- DO NOT have access to your private keys or seed phrases
- CANNOT execute transactions on your behalf
- DO NOT custody or hold any cryptocurrency
1.3 No Financial Advice
WhaleAlert provides informational tracking only. We do not provide investment advice, trading signals, or financial recommendations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use WhaleAlert. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Terms
- Create an account with accurate, complete information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all account activity
- Report security issues to: support@whalealert.fun
4. Subscription Tiers

Annual plans save approximately 17%. We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice.
5. Payment Terms
- Payments accepted in SOL or USDC on Solana
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Refunds generally not available due to irreversible blockchain transactions
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until end of billing period
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
- Use the Service for harassment, stalking, or surveillance
- Track wallets to facilitate fraud, theft, or illegal activity
- Share account credentials or resell the Service
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee that:
- All transactions will be detected
- Notifications will be delivered instantly
- Blockchain data is complete or error-free
- The Service will be available 100% of the time
We are not responsible for any financial losses related to cryptocurrency.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:
- Amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, OR
- One hundred U.S. dollars ($100)
9. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, contact us at support@whalealert.fun to attempt resolution.
YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES INDIVIDUALLY AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
